Fruit on the grill – yes please!  This recipe has been a hit all summer and I am happy to share it.


– Grill (Yes, you need a grill, or at least a grill pan, though I haven’t tried that.)

– Peaches, halved and pitted

– Balsamic Vinegar

– Brown Sugar

– Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream

To Make:

Prepare the peaches and set on a serving dish.  Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and pack brown sugar across flat sides.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.  Heat grill to high.  When ready, lay peaches flat side down and drizzle a bit more vinegar on.  Let cook until visible grill lines show.  Flip until cooked through.  Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.  Delicious!
